What are your waffle blankets, pillowcases and throw cushions made of?

Answer: Our waffle blankets, pillowcases and throw covers are made of a 100% bamboo stretchy fabric that is super cooling and soft. It is perfect for use without an aircon, or with light airconditioning. It looks great at the foot of the bed or on the couch. Our throw cushions come with an insert. The insert is a blend of 50% high grade duck feather and polyester to give it a weighty feel but still very soft and poofy. You can purchase matching bedsheets/ duvet covers for snow white and oyster.

Can the items be washed?

Answer: Yes, all of it, including the throw cushion insert can be washed! Use a gentle wash setting and tumble dry on low heat. For the throw cushions, its best to strip the cushion covers off and wash them separate from the insert.

Will the material last?

Answer: Yes, bamboo should last for a long time. This material may be more susceptible to getting hooked onto things, but its comfort level makes it worth it. If it does get caught on sharp objects, just snip off the loose thread and its as good as new.

What certifications do you have?

Answer: All our items on our website are certified chemical-free by OEKO-TEX®. Each item has been labelled with a certification number which can then be crossed-checked on their website. https://www.oeko-tex.com/en/label-check

How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

Answer: We ship out goods the same day if the order is made before 9am. It usually takes 1-2 days for shipping to Peninsular Malaysia and 3-5 days for shipping to East Malaysia and Singapore.

We want every single person who has bought a Kapas product to be completely happy with their purchase. We have a 30-day guarantee period, during which, if you are unhappy with the quality of your product, be it bedsheets or towels, you can return them to us for a refund or an exchange. Kindly note that the bedsheets, duvets, pillows, towels or protectors can only be returned or refunded if they are in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Sheets and towels that are washed, stained and/or soiled cannot be returned.

We do accept exchanges for size and colour. Please note that the time taken would depend on the stock that we have in store and that this would affect the shipping time needed to send the new bedsheets and towels back to you. Kindly note that Kapas does not cover the shipping cost to sending the bedsheets or towels back to us and for sending the new bedsheets or towels to you.

If you are exchanging the items for a cheaper priced one, for example, a king fitted sheet to a single fitted sheet, we would refund the price difference.

However, if the price of the newly exchanged bedsheets are of a higher price, you would have to pay for the difference in price before we ship it out to you.

Very good blankets, just need to use them a bit more before I can really say what I think

I got the waffle blanket, and while it certainly is high quality, I'm not yet sure what I think of them. Have been using them for a couple of weeks, and they certainly are soft and comfortable and breathe well. It's been especially hot in KL these days. However, they are fuzzier than I expected; somehow I thought they would be more silky smooth—this isn't a criticism, it's just for some reason, I thought they would feel a bit different. I think I just need to use them a bit longer before I can say if they are great, and if I full heartedly recommend them. But am quite happy with my purchase.

Super soft and lovely

Love the waffle blanket! From the feel of the material to the softness of it on the skin and sleeping with it on the bed. Whats not to love about it - even mr panda does too, bought this for my daughter and will continue to buy as presents too

Chemical-smelling product. Zero customer service.

This was such a massive disappointment. The blankets smell like something cheap made from chemicals (while for example, I had bought Kapas' linen, which I loved). I messaged customer support about it asking for a refund and they ENTIRELY ghosted on me. No reply, nothing. I'm left with a RM250 blanket that stinks, and they've completely lost my trust on this.
