This is a soft but moldeable pillow to provide ample support, but mimics a down pillow in its softness. For a firmer pillow, please check out our latex pillows.

  • Back sleepers: – start with removing 1/4 the filling and adjust
  • Stomach sleepers – start with removing 1/3 the filling and adjust
Choosing the size
  • Standard pillows fit in most standard pillowcases
  • King pillows require king-sized pillowcases. Great for king or super king beds as they fill up more space
  • King pillows also make excellent back-support pillows
  • Typically, a hotel bed has 2 king sized pillows (behind) and 2 standard sized pillows (in front)

  • As your pillow has been compressed for shipping, fluff it up and air before use. Give it a few days to fully expand
  • There may be a slight odour upon opening the package. Please air the pillow or put it in the dryer. As our pillow is CertiPUR-US® certified, this slight odour is non harmful
  • You may gentle machine wash the outer pillow protector. Tumble or line dry

Our pillows have a dual-casing structure, allowing you to remove as much or as little filling as you like. Store it in our box for future use!

Our pillows are soft (despite it being memory foam pillows) and are designed to provide a medium support:

  • Side sleepers – start with the pillow as is and adjust
  • Back sleepers: – start with removing 1/4 the filling and adjust
  • Stomach sleepers – start with removing 1/3 the filling and adjust
Our pillows come in 2 sizes, standard and king. The standard pillow will fit standard pillowcases while king pillows will require a larger one.

Our BESPOKE® Memory Foam pillow is made from a proprietary blend of cool gel memory foam and microfiber.

Unlike other pillows, our pillow gives you the ability to mold it to your exact shape and neck, relieving neck pain – giving you great sleep night after night.

Made from ICECOOL®, a cooling, breathable fabric, our pillow is perfect for hot sleepers, keeping your head cool, night after night.

It also has a 5cm gusset made with mesh netting to provide extra neck support and extra breathability.

A dual casing structure

Worried about dust and dirt on your pillow? Our outer casing is machine washable and dryer safe! Strip off the pillow protector and toss it in the machine for a fresh pillow every week.

OEKO-TEX® and CertiPUR-US® certified

We mean it when we say soft never felt this safe. Our pillow is certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX®, meaning you’re wrapping yourself with a duvet insert that is completely free from harmful substances.

Oeko-Tex® is a globally recognised third-party institution independent from the manufacturers of the fabric which certifies that textiles are free from harmful substances.

We are also certified by CertiPUR-US®, ensuring the foam used in creating the pillow is completely safe for you and your loved ones.

What is the pillow made of?

Answer: The pillow is filled with a proprietary blend of memory foam and microfiber. The shredded nature of the memory foam mixed with the microfiber gives it a soft feel, ideal if you like a soft yet supportive pillow.

What is your return policy?

Answer: We are extremely confident of this pillow and offer a 30 day warranty on it, even if it has been used. Please return the pillow in its original packaging.

What certifications do you have?

Answer: Our pillows are both OEKO-TEX® and CertiPUR-US® certified. OEKO-TEX® certified means that the entire product is free from harmful chemicals. CertiPUR-US® certified means that the memory foam is safe for usage and is not harmful in any way.

How do I take care of my pillow?

Answer: The pillow comes with a pillow protector which is removable. The pillow protector is machine washable (gentle) and can be put in the dryer (low heat). We recommend using a pillowcase as well. Please do not wash the memory foam.

We want every single person who has bought a Kapas product to be completely happy with their purchase. We have a 30-day guarantee period, during which, if you are unhappy with the quality of your product, be it bedsheets or towels, you can return them to us for a refund or an exchange. Kindly note that the bedsheets, duvets, pillows, towels or protectors can only be returned or refunded if they are in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Sheets and towels that are washed, stained and/or soiled cannot be returned.

We do accept exchanges for size and colour. Please note that the time taken would depend on the stock that we have in store and that this would affect the shipping time needed to send the new bedsheets and towels back to you. Kindly note that Kapas does not cover the shipping cost to sending the bedsheets or towels back to us and for sending the new bedsheets or towels to you.

If you are exchanging the items for a cheaper priced one, for example, a king fitted sheet to a single fitted sheet, we would refund the price difference.

However, if the price of the newly exchanged bedsheets are of a higher price, you would have to pay for the difference in price before we ship it out to you.

Best sleep ever

This pillow is so nice! Its soft, comfy. I adjusted it to be quite low - coz i don't like it high. And its perfect for me. My kid also uses the same one and i love that its adjustable.
