Unlike other pillows, our pillows are specially made using an upgraded dual-core construction and a 5cm gusset. Covered with 100% down-proof cotton fabric, they are super breathable giving you an ultra-plush, cloud-like hotel feel.

- As your pillow has been compressed for shipping, fluff it up and air before use. You may notice a slight natural smell of down – it dissipates quickly with use but airing helps speed it up
- We recommend airing and letting your pillow expand for 5 days
- Spot clean with warm water and gentle soap
- For large stains, you may wash your pillow and tumble dry on low heat, but please ensure it is dried completely as wet feathers have a smell
- Freshen up your pillow from time to time. Gentle tumble dry it on low heat with a damp washcloth and dryer / tennis balls (optional) for 20 minutes. Your pillow will become fluffy and new again

I bought the King - High loft down feather pillow
It’s amazing to sleep on, but I would love if it was wider like 50 or 55x 90 instead 44 x 86
I bought the King / High loft down feather pillow. The quality feels premium and the materials are well-made, but I found it much firmer than expected for a feather pillow. I was hoping for something softer and more moldable, so it hasn’t been quite the right fit for me. If you prefer more structure and support, this pillow might be a good choice, but for those who want a softer, sink-in feather feel, it may be too firm.
I ordered high raise pillow - it's better than the one I had previously - less neck pain , but I think I need to order also low raise as after all I think I will enjoy more low raise. Feather is flattened when you lie down but not much... it still keeps composure

Have tried this pillow for over a week and really like it. Super good quality product. Just wish I had bought the high loft instead of the mid loft.
It is a comfortable pillow, and I like the king-size; however I was expecting it to be downier and fluffier. It is not much different to the Alternative Down pillow (which is substantially cheaper). If I had to purchase additional pillows, I would opt for the Alternative Down.
The pillow was very fluffy and soft, so comfortable that can easily fall asleep in 😴
While reading all the review before buying this pillow, i got a very useful tip which is to get the HIGH LOFT one although i prefer a not so high pillow because i’m a petite woman. And it’s indeed true because although it is High Loft but as you sleep throughout the night, the pillow will sink in and the height will become just right to support your neck and head. Just press it in for awhile before u put ur head on the pillow if it feels too high. But don’t worry as u just need to fluff it back up to make it high and fluffy as before.
Overall i’m very happy with this pillow as i dont get my usual neck pain in the morning. The material used is thick enough to not feel the prickly feeling of duck feathers. After a few weeks using it, i can’t see any duck feather ‘escaping’ from the pillow. The smell is tolarable and goes away after a few days.
Customer service was super helpful. Although they miscalculated the stock and i had to wait for a week for them to restock, Kapas team did a good job to calm me down by giving me free pillow cases as compensation. They were even helpful enough to send my pillows using Lalamove to speed up the delivery process.
Personally I’m very happy to have found a very comfortable pillow that is both firm and soft at the same time. Most importantly, my neck pain is now cured!
