Our signature sheets use 400-thread-count cotton woven from 37mm extra-long staple fibres for durability, softness and fewer pills. We focus on fibre length and yarn quality (not just marketing terms) so your sheets stay smooth and comfortable wash after wash.

Machine wash cold to warm (<40°C) with similar colours using a mild liquid detergent (use less than the full recommended dose). Avoid bleach and fabric softener.

Optional softness boost: for the first wash, add 1 cup baking soda to the wash and ½ cup white vinegar to the rinse. Sheets get softer with each wash.

Best: line dry in shade. You can also tumble dry on low. Remove slightly damp and shake out to reduce wrinkles, then hang or lay flat to finish.

Pro tip: don’t let clean laundry sit in the washer or dryer — take it out promptly to minimise creases and musty odours.

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight (avoid sealed plastic). Keep sets tidy by tucking everything into one pillowcase.

Replace when you notice thinning, frays or stubborn stains. Pillowcases typically wear out faster than sheets.

Down: high down-to-feather ratio for cloud-like loft, encased in 300TC cotton sateen.

Cotton: 100% cotton fill for a breathable, weightier drape, encased in 350TC cotton sateen.

Alternative down: hypoallergenic siliconised hollow fibre that mimics down, encased in 100% cotton sateen.

Down is the soft, airy cluster beneath goose/duck feathers. It insulates efficiently while remaining light and breathable, helping release excess heat and humidity for comfortable sleep. With proper care, quality down can last for many years.

Down feels plush and lofty (that 5-star hotel puff). Cotton feels thinner with a cosy, weightier drape. Alternative down is a down-like, hypoallergenic option that’s easier on the wallet.

All our inserts are encased in breathable cotton sateen.

That light crinkle comes from the down-proof cotton shell that keeps feathers from escaping. It softens with use and washes. If you prefer a quieter insert, choose cotton or alternative down.

You don’t need to wash inserts often — your duvet cover protects them.

Our down pillow is certified to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® and uses RDS-certified down.

Always check the sewn label. In general, spot clean where possible. If machine washing is allowed for your pillow type, use a gentle cycle and low heat to dry. Use pillow protectors to extend lifespan.

Wash on gentle with mild detergent. Avoid optical brighteners and fabric softener (they can reduce absorbency).

Optional reset: add 1 cup baking soda to the wash and ½ cup white vinegar to the rinse to remove build-up and boost softness.

Tumble dry on low for the softest, fluffiest finish. If line drying, shake out well before hanging and consider a short cool tumble to fluff. Dry in shade to prevent fading and stiffness.

If a loop snags, gently snip it close to the towel surface. Our towels are woven so they won’t unravel from a single pulled loop.
