We offer a full refund when the product is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
If all your bedding orders are in stock, we’d be able to send you an order confirmation email within 30 minutes and will ship out the product the next working day. The tracking code is usually sent via email, but we will send it again upon request. The order(s) should reach you within 3 working days for West Malaysia and it usually takes 1 business day post dispatch for Klang Valley residents, although it depends on the courier’s service.
For Singapore, it should reach you within 3-5 working days.
For East Malaysia residents, please allow 3-7 working days for delivery.
Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
