Down, Cotton and Alternative Down Duvets/Quilts
Our premium duvet inserts are designed for our tropical weather between 18 - 27 degrees (best enjoyed with light aircond). Select from three different materials for the perfect fit:
- Down duvet: Most luxurious - fluffy and light. Usually used in 5 star hotels.
- Cotton duvet: Most breathable - compact and flatter than the other duvets. Dry-clean required
- Alternative down duvet: Most value for money
All our duvets:
- Are extremely breathable
- Are made from 100% cotton casing
- Cleverly designed with our signature smart labels
- Have 8 secure loops to tie a duvet cover securely
- Oeko-tex certified safe from harmful chemicals
- Standard down: 150gsm. Recommended temp = 18-23°C. Great if you want a poofy cloud-like feel
- Cotton duvet: 300gsm. A denser duvet, although still relatively light. Recommended temp = 22-27°C. Gives a secure feeling – extremely breathable
- Alternative down duvet: 200gsm. Recommended temp = 18-23°C. Mimics the feel of down, but at a much lower price point. Slightly less breathable than the other two options, but still an excellent duvet due to its cotton casing

- You do not need to wash your duvet regularly as it is protected by the duvet cover
- Spot cleaning is recommended for small stains with mild soap and water. You can machine wash your duvet on a gentle setting only if absolutely necessary as it will shorten the lifespan of the duvet. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry in an airy location
- Do not bleach. Fluff regularly for even fill distribution
- Throw into dryer, dry, if you need to an instant fluffing of your duvet

That’s why we carefully designed chose just the perfect blend of duck down and feathers (not goose!) to get a puffier duvet without it getting too hot.
A high percentage of down to provide you with the luxurious fluffy feeling, and a small percentage of feathers to make sure it isn’t too hot and you don’t end off kicking the duvet away in the middle of the night!

What does it mean? You get a duvet insert that is suitable for our warm climate and can be enjoyed with light aircond without sacrificing comfort and fluffiness!

Luxurious cotton sateen casing
Our cotton sateen casing is specially treated to be down proof. You may notice a slight rustling feel to it, but it is still soft and comfortable and most importantly, it ensures that no feathers escape from the fabric and you get to enjoy your duvet for years to come!
Over time, the rustling will reduce gradually and your down will get softer and softer.
