What's in the box:
Unlike other pillows, our pillows are specially made using a dual-core construction with an inner chamber. Covered with 100% down-proof cotton fabric, they are super breathable giving you a cloud-like hotel feel.
Our pillows are designed to feel like a hotel pillow, soft and comfortable with a structured supportive core:
- Inner core of 10% down and 90% feathers to provide support
- Outer core covered in a 75:25 down to feather ratio
- As your pillow has been compressed for shipping, fluff it up and air before use. You may notice a slight natural smell of down – it dissipates quickly with use but airing helps speed it up
- We recommend airing and letting your pillow expand for 5 days
- Spot clean with warm water and gentle soap
- For large stains, you may wash your pillow and tumble dry on low heat, but please ensure it is dried completely as wet feathers have a smell
- Freshen up your pillow from time to time. Gentle tumble dry it on low heat with a damp washcloth and dryer / tennis balls (optional) for 20 minutes. Your pillow will become fluffy and new again

Our pillows come in 2 sizes, standard and king. The standard pillow will fit standard pillowcases while king pillows will require a larger one.
It also comes in 2 loft heights: medium and high loft. The 2 lofts have a different amount of fill to give it different heights.
Our pillows are fully washable and dryer safe. We recommend drying the pillow quickly and completely, otherwise there may be a smell.
