Pieces of small cotton comes out from the bath towel. I've washed the towel twice through the washing machine and small pieces of small cotton still do come out. This does not leave the body clean after using the towel.
Hi SL, new towels may need 3-6 washes to fully settle but i do believe there should be much less after the first 2 washes. Do let us know if this persists - we're happy to refund you / exchange the towel for you!
I used to have to buy my Egyptian cotton towels when I travel overseas but I have found them now with Kapas. The quality is as good and I needn’t carry these heavy items in my luggage anymore.
I have also bought the waffle blankets. They feel wonderful on the skin and has such good weight to just wrap the body. I was afraid that it might be too warm but the airy holes of the material took excellent care of this aspect even when I sleep without the AC.
Also they have fabulous colours.

Bought the bath & XL towels.
Before first use.... chucked the towels at 40 degrees C into the washing machine and into the dryer (lots of "bulu" came off)! Did not bother with the instructions! It's a towel man! Looks great,
super absorbent and plush. You guys should consider making 800-900 GSM.

Literally love the towels I bought. They're so soft and fluffy unlike other store bought towels that are only fluffy in store and lose it's fluffiness once it goes in the wash. It's also very absorbent.
The XL towel is super big, fluffy and soft. It is like wiping myself with a fluffy and soft bunny after a great shower. The hand towel and floor mat added a nice touch to it. With this luxury experience, the price is affordable.

- KapasLuxe towels are plush and fluffy (600gsm) — designed for that luxurious, hotel-like comfort.
- KapasLite towels are lightweight and textured (420gsm) — they dry faster, feel more breathable, and are great for everyday or humid weather use.
Yes. Despite the luxurious 600 GSM weight, the high quality of the Extra-Long Staple Cotton loops ensures superior absorbency while maintaining fast-drying properties, avoiding mildew build-up.
For initial and continued softness, we recommend adding baking soda to the wash cycle and white vinegar to the rinse cycle (as a natural softener). If they feel hard, soak them in vinegar for 30 minutes before washing.
All new cotton towels lint initially. However, we have engineered ours with anti-lint superiority, and linting becomes completely unnoticeable after the first few washes, unlike standard cotton towels.
