I usually sleep with AC set to 21 deg. First night using the Cooling Marshmallow Blanket, was pleasantly surprised. It really works! Thus I tuned AC to 22 deg.
Following night AC was set to 23 deg and it’s still cooling. The girl math in me calculates in just 3 months of paying less electric bills I will recuperate my “investment” lol
Compared to the Korean brand BxxxLxx, I feel Kapas is a bit cooler. Materials simillarly soft.
Unless your BMI is super high, or your bed is foam which is not so cooling, or you set your AC to 28 deg which is not realistic,
I don’t see why you will wake up sweating in the middle of the night.
